With the expo floor nearly sold out, and pre-show registration up 20 percent year over year, CVxEXPO25 continues its momentum with the unveiling of a schedule of keynote presentations that are sure to inspire, motivate and arm attendees with critical knowledge and insight as they head into the new year. Taking place Nov. 3-5 at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center in Glendale, Ariz., CVxEXPO brings together technology brokers, agents, MSPs, telecom and IT resellers, as well as channel managers and executives from leading service providers for three days of thought-provoking educational sessions, unparalleled networking experiences and an expo hall showcasing the industry’s most cutting-edge technologies and game-changing solutions.
Starting things off with a big bang, the Day One Lunch Kickoff Keynote features acclaimed speaker and channel veteran Tim Basa, senior vice president of sales at Telarus. Since 1994, Basa has navigated the shifts and megatrends that have shaped the industry. He’ll bring his dynamic presence to the CVxEXPO stage to discuss what it takes to succeed today as a modern technology advisor and why those who fail to adapt risk being left behind.
“Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just starting out, Tim will leave you with clear strategies to gain clarity, build confidence and create momentum heading into 2026,” said Martin Vilaboy, editorial director for CVxEXPO.
Day Two’s education begins with a Breakfast Keynote presented by Bruce Wirt, chief revenue officer at Telesystem. An award-winning technology executive who’s built two national brands, Wirt’s presentation, “Failing Forward – Turning the Lessons of Failure into Massive Gains” will provide insight into how leaders across different industries have created massive and sustainable success from hardships. Bruce will take the audience on a journey from valleys to peaks as he uncovers the importance of seizing on the moments of failure and learning from the situations in which everything you thought you knew turned out to be wrong.
The morning’s general session continues with our Technology Keynote from Eric Carr, president and AI lead for Compoze Labs. In this can’t-miss keynote, MSPs and channel partners will gain a clear understanding of enterprise AI – what’s working and what’s not – and walk away with practical steps to shape a solid AI sales roadmap for 2026.
Later that day, the lunchtime general session will kick off with a panel of all-stars from the most important and influential technology solutions distributors (TSDs) serving the channel. Moderated by Glen Nelson, co-founder and VP of marketing and business development for New Horizon Communications, the “Keynote All-Star Panel: TSD Directions” brings together representatives from Telarus, Bridepointe Technologies, Sandler Partners and AppDirect to dissect the evolving role of TSDs, how TSDs can best enable partners today and into the future, as well as how TSDs can help partners move “up the stack” to stickier services.
The CVxEXPO25 general sessions culminate with an Inspirational Keynote featuring Sal Gonzalez of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). Born in East Los Angeles, Gonzalez was inspired by the events of 9/11 to enlist in the U.S. Marines infantry out of high school. While serving as a machine gunner in Iraq in 2004, his truck was hit by an improvised explosive device. The blast left him with a traumatic brain injury, PTSD and ultimately cost him his left leg below the knee. Gonzalez will share his unique story of courage, perseverance, recovery and growth, including how WWP has aided his recovery and transition back to civilian life.

“Wounded Warrior Project helped me realize anything was possible,” Gonzalez said. “My injury didn’t define me; it was up to me to decide what the rest of my life would be like.”
Gonzalez has turned that motivation into a career that spans his two greatest passions: music and helping other service members. Today, he lives in Nashville, where he writes and performs music as well as helps other wounded warriors by sharing his story and teaching them that they too can still achieve their dreams. Gonzalez has appeared on television shows “America’s Got Talent” and “Nashville,” and he released his first EP, “Heroes,” in 2020.
