CyberFOX, Syncro Announce Integration to Bolster MSP Security, Efficiency

Global cybersecurity software provider CyberFOX announced a strategic integration with Syncro, a platform provider for mid-sized MSP and IT departments. This partnership is expected to streamline security operations and enhance MSP efficiency by integrating CyberFOX’s AutoElevate advanced PAM solution directly into Syncro’s RMM and PSA platform.

The integration will allow MSPs to leverage CyberFOX AutoElevate within Syncro’s platform, providing enhanced security without adding complexity to day-to-day operations.

Key benefits include:

  • Enhanced automation, with AutoElevate enabling just-in-time admin login to reduce the risk of shared admin account credentials.
  • MSP efficiency by automating security processes and simplifying access control.
  • Cybersecurity posture, minimizing breach risk by enforcing least privilege access and eliminating credential sprawl.

“Our partnership with Syncro is another step forward in our mission to provide MSPs with simple, effective security tools that integrate seamlessly into their daily workflows,” said CyberFOX CRO, Adam Slutskin. “By joining forces, we’re helping MSPs increase security without sacrificing efficiency or budget.”

“AutoElevate brings seamless privileged access management to the Syncro Marketplace, filling a critical gap for MSPs,” said Andy Cormier, channel chief with Syncro. “Properly managing user-level accounts has long been a pain point for MSPs everywhere, causing endless frustration and headaches for technicians and their customers alike. AutoElevate eliminates this problem entirely with an elegant, intuitive solution that works just as well for technicians as it does for the end users they support.”

The CyberFOX and Syncro integration is available now through the Syncro App Center.
