Dialpad Expands Channel Partner Program

Dialpad has added three new master agents to its growing partner roster: Avant, Intelysis and Telarus.

They will join existing partners SHI, Softchoice and Sprint in offering Dialpad’s suite of business communications tools to agents and resellers within the Google and Microsoft Office 365 ecosystems.

The company also announced its Partner Success Program, designed to assist solution providers and technology partners with go-to-market support, training and certification programs and product implementation efforts.

The expanded channel partner program builds upon Dialpad’s commitment to over 400 channel partners providing UCaaS services and distributing the company’s business communications product lines. Over the past two years, Dialpad has significantly strengthened its partner channel, with early program participants experiencing over 450 percent increase in revenue.

Dialpad’s new Partner Success Program was designed to enable partners to easily share best practices with one another through a redesigned and easy-to-use partner portal.

Future plans also include a full-featured portal, where partners will be able to access training and enablement content, earn certifications and monitor their earnings. The investment in the portal strengthens our commitment to our partners by enabling them to sell more efficiently.

With offices in San Francisco, Boston, New York, California, Raleigh, Austin and Denver, Dialpad has channel partner representatives located strategically across the country to service and support their growing network of partners. The team provides training and access to demos, designed to help partners close their deals.
