Edgewater Networks has certified its line of EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges with CoreDial’s hosted PBX and SIP trunking offerings in the Edgewater Networks QuickConnect Interoperability Lab.
The certification means that CoreDial channel partners can trust that all components of the solution will work seamlessly together in any network environment.
“We are excited about being certified through Edgewater Networks’ QuickConnect program and the benefits that this interoperability will deliver to our partner community and their customers,” said Caitlin Clark-Zigmond, vice president of product management at CoreDial. “It allows all partners who enable either our hosted PBX or SIP trunking platforms to seamlessly deploy any of Edgewater Networks’ Intelligent Edges on-premise to ensure both WAN-side and LAN-side management and visibility, including all connected IP endpoints.”
Edgewater Networks’ Network Edge Orchestration platform includes the cloud-based EdgeView Service Control Center and customer premises-based EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges. Network Edge Orchestration offers a host of functionality and benefits, including zero-touch provisioning and configuration, security and active service management. Endpoints are connected directly to the EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges, giving service providers the ability to remotely monitor, configure and troubleshoot all endpoints through the EdgeView Service Control Center. “Edgewater Networks and CoreDial have been long-time partners with a rich history of jointly delivering quality VoIP communication services through CoreDial’s SwitchConnex platform,” said Jennifer Kidd, director of business development and the QuickConnect Interoperability Lab at Edgewater Networks. “CoreDial partners who private label either the SIP trunking or Hosted PBX platform are now able to more profitably deliver these services by ensuring that infrastructure equipment, such as Edgewater Networks EdgeMarcs, have been specifically optimized to reduce cost and ensure quality of services.”
The results of the interoperability tests and certification are documented in a standard configuration guide, available through Edgewater Networks.
