Edgewater Networks and Empirix have announced a partnership for cloud-to-edge network service quality management.
The joint solution brings together Edgewater Networks’ Network Edge Orchestration platform with the Empirix IntelliSight solution to deliver visibility, management, alerts and analytics from the core of a network to customer-premises based endpoints through a single view.

Joint customers will have a single sign on to Empirix IntelliSight and Edgewater Networks’ EdgeView Service Control Center to proactively monitor and manage voice service quality at all customer sites. EdgeView service quality alerts will appear in IntelliSight allowing network operators to troubleshoot and remediate service quality issues. The companies are continuing to strengthen the integration with future releases planned for an integrated dashboard with end-to-end call diagnostics.
