ePlus announced that it purchased certain assets of PEAK Resources, a Denver-based IT solution provider. PEAK’s customer-centric approach focuses on delivering professional, data center, networking and cyber security products and services. The transaction should help drive additional growth with enhanced engineering, sales and services delivery capabilities, specifically in the mountain west region.
