Former TBI Executive to Join Telesystem

Former TBI senior vice president Ken Mercer has joined Telesystem’s channel sales team.

Mercer, based in Chicago, will focus on subagent development in the Midwestern United States.  His role as a channel account executive will be to recruit and train agents to sell Telesystem’s services via any of their elite master agents.  Mercer has a wealth of experience in agent development, not just at TBI but most recently as director of strategic sales at MetTel.

Telesystem — which has won ChannelVision’s Channel Program of the Year VSA for the last three consecutive years — sells managed solutions with white glove support to customers across the U.S. With a portfolio that includes communications, collaboration, infrastructure, and managed security services, agents can build customized solutions to fit the needs of virtually any size business.
