Former TBI senior vice president Ken Mercer has joined Telesystem’s channel sales team.
Mercer, based in Chicago, will focus on subagent development in the Midwestern United States. His role as a channel account executive will be to recruit and train agents to sell Telesystem’s services via any of their elite master agents. Mercer has a wealth of experience in agent development, not just at TBI but most recently as director of strategic sales at MetTel.
