Software company Freshworks named Pam Sergeeff as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel.
In this role, the executive will lead the firm’s worldwide legal organization, with responsibility for corporate strategy, governance, product compliance, data protection, privacy and intellectual property.

Sergeeff is the former EVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for TiVo, and is also a former exec with Rovi, Macrovision and Veritas (now Symantec).
