Next generation voice and data provider GLOBALINX is adding to its agent sales team with a pair of personnel changes: one an internal promotion and the addition of a new company hire.
Internally, GLOBALINX has promoted Jeremy Kewin to the position of premier account manager. And, the company has brought Kristine Case on board as senior manager of sales support.
Previously, Kewin was an integral part of the Advanced Network Services team at GLOBALINX, and will carry strong technical and support backgrounds into his new position supporting agents and customers alike.
New addition Case comes to GLOBALINX with more than 16 years of industry experience with Global Crossing and Level 3. Prior to her arrival, Kristine served as director of pricing for wholesale service at Level 3, and led a team of analysts that supported more than 500 carrier customers and 200+ sales managers. She has a broad background with customer support, pricing, product and analysis.
“In assuming their new roles, both Jeremy and Kristine will serve as great assets to the company’s continued growth,” the company said.
