Voice and data provider GLOBALINX has been selected as a finalist for the 2013 Stevie Awards for its contact center services.
The Stevie Awards are business awards that recognize “excellence in effort, accomplishments and positive contributions from companies and business people worldwide.”
GLOBALINX, which provides VoIP services to business clients, agents and resellers, including contact center services. Nominated as a finalist for Contact Center of the Year from a group of more than 1,100 entries, GLOBALINX competed with organizations of all sizes across numerous industries submitted to this year’s competition. In determining the finalists for the award, the average scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges, were tabulated to narrow the field.

The winner for the Stevie Awards Contact Center of the Year will be announced February 25th at an awards banquet at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.
