Independent telecom cooperative Kingdom Technology Solutions of Fulton, Mo. has selected ANPI’s Hosted Unified Communications Solution, which it will rebrand in order to offer hosted communications and services to its customers.
“Several reasons factored into our decision,” said Kingdom executive vice president and COO, Michael Fugate. “We see a lot of value in working with ANPI. As a longtime partner, they understand our market, our challenges and have designed a private-label solution we can really leverage.”
Kingdom, which has been operating since 1954, serves seven exchanges in Callaway and Montgomery counties in the Show-Me state, with subsidiaries that offer long distance, Internet, retail electronics and computer-related services. “Fugate said that Kingdom is continually searching for new service and technology opportunities to augment or replace those segments of its business that have come under increasing pressure from changing regulation, evolving technology and larger, household-name competitors.
“During our trial the technology was very solid, and simply put, worked better than alternative solutions tested,” he said. “Additionally, it is clear ANPI has put significant time and effort into assembling a very strong delivery team and set of technologies. We are extremely excited to be able to leverage our long-standing relationship with ANPI and their team to accelerate our growth.”
Kingdom will deliver a complete business communications package to their in and out-of-area customers, running the gamut between small, medium, and enterprise businesses.
