Ingram Micro plans to buy Cloud Harmonics, a distributor in U.S. and Canada focused on cybersecurity, software-defined data centers and cloud technologies.
The move adds Palo Alto Networks’ next-generation security platform to the distributor’s portfolio in North America.

Cloud Harmonics will operate as a unit of Ingram Micro’s Advanced Solutions division.
