Intelerad Medical Systems, a leader in enterprise workflow solutions, has acquired Radius, a private cloud platform provider.
Established in 2009, Radius offers private and public cloud hosting and enterprise storage, with in-house expertise and capabilities in enterprise imaging solutions and data center operations. With more than 15 U.S.-based clients in common, Radius’s HIPAA and SOC2 compliant solutions will enhance Intelerad’s nuage cloud offering and expand Intelerad’s managed services capabilities.
Intelerad clients gain added flexibility for long-term storage and cloud-based PACS, as well as capacity on demand and disaster recovery.
