Intelisys Adds First Orion’s Branded Solutions to Ecosystem

y partnering with First Orion, Intelisys breaks into the branded communication market by providing its network of more than 1,700 sales partners with access to innovative call branding solutions.

Enterprises struggle to connect with customers via phone calls due to growing consumer mistrust caused by an influx of spam and scam calls. A survey by First Orion revealed a staggering 87 percent of people don’t answer calls from unknown numbers.

First Orion’s branded calling solutions address this challenge by displaying the enterprise’s name, logo, and reason for calling on the recipient’s device during the call and in the call log afterward. Branded calling improves engagement rates, customer experience, and operational efficiency, leading to a better bottom line.

First Orion’s Branded Communication products, INFORM and ENGAGE, help enterprises improve customer experience, operational efficiency and brand reputation.

  • INFORM allows enterprises to display a custom 32-character text display featuring their name and more when calling wireless subscribers on all carrier networks accessible to First Orion.
  • ENGAGE uses a software development kit (SDK) installed in the enterprise’s mobile app, allowing the brand to make outbound calls with its name, logo and reason for the call.
