IVCi Appoints Industry Veteran Michael DiBella as New VP of Marketing

IVCi announced today the company’s latest addition to its executive leadership team, VP of Marketing Michael DiBella.

With over 20 years of highly innovative cross-channel marketing experience, DiBella is tapped to revitalize IVCi’s global messaging and brand management to align with the company’s new direction. With his industry expertise and strong business acumen, this strategic hire is the ideal candidate to develop creative go-to-market strategies in support of IVCi’s distinguished offerings in managed services and integrated platform-based solutions.

A proven leader within the collaboration space, DiBella will support IVCi’s targeted shift in corporate strategy by applying his extensive background to quarterback the ideation, development and execution of leading-edge marketing programs and tools.

“What drew us to Michael was his unique background that combines broad technology experiences within organizations like Canon and Crestron with a focus on revenue generating initiatives. He’s the kind of proven leader who can solve business challenges with innovative, results driven strategies,” said Tim Hennen, IVCi’s President of Sales and Engineering. “Now, IVCi has a trusted adviser with sharp instincts for identifying key market trends and the insight to respond quickly with strategies that address today’s rapidly changing landscape.”

As the Director of Product and Channel Marketing at Kramer Electronics USA, an over $100M manufacturer of cloud technologies, advanced software applications, and signal management hardware, DiBella spearheaded marketing efforts and provided support for all U.S. based-sales. By identifying technology trends for integration into the research and development process, and designing customized sales and go-to-market strategies, he successfully expanded the business from traditional audio/video channels to IT channels.

IVCi selected seasoned veteran DiBella to lead its Marketing Department for his critical thinking, industry expertise, and ability to execute. During his tenure with Kramer Electronics USA, Canon USA, and Crestron Electronics, he strategically directed those industry leaders through various market shifts by defining customer profiles and buyer journeys, then creating customized marketing plans to fit their behaviors.

In addition to his proven business acumen, DiBella has become a recognized subject matter expert with speaking engagements at industry events such as InfoComm as well as sitting on industry panels. With his leadership experience, industry knowledge, and proven tactical prowess, DiBella is a key component to bolstering IVCi’s new strategic direction.

Driven by market demands for revolutionizing the workplace, the industry is migrating towards both hybrid and software-based platforms. As a result, businesses are choosing integrated solutions that utilize local and cloud-based technology, AV signal management solutions, and cutting-edge collaboration platforms. In response to these industry trends, IVCi is making substantial strategic investments in managed services and integrated platform-based solutions. With DiBella steering the marketing department, IVCi is now well positioned to quickly respond to this shifting climate with innovative marketing initiatives to support the company’s new direction and secure its position as a technology leader and value-added partner for its clients.
