Professional audio brand Jabra unveiled the Jabra Perform 75 Bluetooth headset. Perform 75 is designed specifically for shift workers in retail environments by offering a purpose-built headset that keeps them connected, informed and ready to more effectively assist customers.
The product is designed to seamlessly integrate with leading frontline worker applications on handheld devices, and offers hands-free, instant access to critical information.
The Perform 75 features a dedicated headset button that integrates with PTT functions, delivered directly by the handheld device. It is compatible with platforms from Microsoft, Zebra Technologies and others, delivering seamless, out-of-the-box functionality.
Associates can also access voice-led apps on their handheld devices, including emerging AI-driven applications such as virtual assistants, providing real-time, voice-activated information retrieval.
The Jabra Perform 75 enables associates to stay hands-free while speaking with colleagues, using software such as voice-directed picking or AI assistant solutions. It also operates in temperatures from -22 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit; its robust IP65-rated design also resists high humidity and dusty conditions, ensuring optimized performance in extreme environments. Additionally, the Perform 75 features Jabra’s microphone noise cancellation technology to block out 99 percent of background sounds, regardless of setting.
“The modern retail environment demands agility and knowledge from associates to meet rising customer expectations,” said Jabra VP for frontline workers, Andrew Doyle. “We’ve channeled our expertise and worked closely with our alliance partners to build a solution for the retail sector that enhances efficiency and customer service. The Jabra Perform 75 provides hands-free access to information and seamless communication. By integrating with existing frontline worker applications, it empowers associates to work smarter, improve customer experiences, and adapt to the fast-evolving retail landscape. This is the kind of innovation that bridges the gap between operational efficiency and exceptional service.”
