Value-added distributor Jenne Inc. has added comprehensive training on the Avaya video portfolio to its reseller program, beginning with a course on the Avaya Scopia conferencing solution. The company also is offering comprehensive support services on the entire Scopia portfolio, including pre-and post-sales support, configuration services, installation and implementation services as well as full contract renewal management services, it said.
Jenne University will be offering “Avaya Scopia Solution for Video Communications” at its training facilities in Avon, Ohio. The class will take place on a quarterly basis, with the first session scheduled for January 21-25. The course is designed for systems engineers and IT managers and offers a comprehensive overview on features, operations and benefits of the Scopia solution.

In September, Jenne began distributing the entire Scopia portfolio, helping Avaya Connect partners deliver video communications solutions to a broad range of end-users in the SMB, mid-tier and enterprise markets. It said that it has also completed the requirements of the Authorized Avaya Learning Partner (AALP), with access to Avaya Learning training and materials.
