ANPI has announced that Jet Thomas will be rejoining the company as the director of carrier services, focused on the ILEC community.
Thomas will focus on assisting carrier partners with cost reduction and process while improving product development and design. The ANPI Carrier Services group assists rural ILECs with solutions that deliver premium call quality while keeping costs low as access revenues decrease.
“We are thrilled to have someone of Jet’s caliber and experience back at ANPI,” said Randy Lemmo, SVP of carrier services. “He is extremely well-respected within the industry and will bring valuable insights for how we can improve cost structure and deliver a higher level of customer service for our carrier partners.”
Thomas spent seven years at ANPI assisting carrier partners. He is returning to ANPI after working as the director of business development at Impact Telecom.
Thomas will be located in Frisco, Texas.
