Juniper Networks – which provides secure, AI-native network technology – extended its partnership with ServiceNow. With this agreement, ServiceNow will integrate Juniper’s AI-native networking platform, Mist, with its own Telecom Service Management, Inventory and Sales & Order Management for Telecom services.
“Juniper Networks and ServiceNow are redefining the future of network service automation for Managed Service Providers,” said Juniper VP products, campus and branch, Sunalini Sankhavaram. “Together, we are embedding AI at every stage of the network operations lifecycle — turning complexity into simplicity, and speed into a competitive advantage. By automating critical processes and delivering consistent, high-quality service at scale, we’re enabling MSPs to accelerate onboarding, dramatically lower operational costs, and unlock new levels of customer value. This collaboration isn’t just about operational efficiency — it’s about empowering a new generation of agile, AI-native service delivery. DT set the proof point with its highly automated platform approach.”
“With the integration of Juniper Networks and ServiceNow, we’re driving a new era of network service automation for managed service providers,” said Rohit Batra, GM and VP, manufacturing and telecom, media and technology industries, ServiceNow. “By embedding AI across the entire network operations lifecycle, this collaboration enables MSPs to automate critical processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality service with unparalleled speed. The result is reduced onboarding times, minimized operational costs and greater long-term value for customers.”
The combined solution extends end-to-end network and service automation, with AI-native, cloud-native and API-driven wired, wireless and SD-WAN solutions. This is expected to drive business transformation while delivering efficiency and cost savings to enterprises and MSPs.
The integration combines Juniper AI-native insight with ServiceNow automated onboarding, service management, sales and order management, asset visibility, auto-ticketing and resolution capabilities. This will allow joint customers to facilitate various day 0, 1 and 2+ capabilities. The solution should improve network deployment efficiency, reduce network disruption and optimize operational costs. The two companies can also deliver and validate these capabilities, quickly and efficiently, with tight integration between the platforms.
ServiceNow leveraged Juniper Mist to modernize its network infrastructure with full-stack wired, wireless and SD-WAN solutions, supporting seamless client-to-cloud visibility, zero-touch provisioning and enhanced automation. The combined solution is now available in the ServiceNow Store.
Juniper has been a registered Build partner with ServiceNow since 2023.
