Kaseya – a global provider of IT management and cybersecurity software for MSPs and SMBs – announced today the launch of Kaseya 365. This subscription service provides MSPs with seamless access to manage, secure, back up and automate client environments at a fraction of the price.

A Kaseya 365 subscription includes functionality for remote monitoring and management (RMM), antivirus protection, endpoint detection and response (EDR), managed detection and response (MDR), patch management, ransomware rollback and endpoint backup. It also includes 20 core automations to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
Kaseya also unveiled its Partner First Pledge, which provides unparalleled flexibility while prioritizing the profitability and performance of Kaseya partners. The five key initiatives announced to kick off this pledge are:
- All products offered in one-year and three-year agreements.
- FLEXSpend for Backup to account for the changing needs of backup services by allowing partners to switch between Kaseya’s suite of backup solutions.
- Catastrophic client loss protection, which allows customers to modify or amend their contracts to account for a significant client loss.
- Price lock guarantee.
- Month-to-month contracts for Datto BCDR, which partners can now purchase or renew on a month-to-month schedule that allows them to respond to client need.
