LastPass Enhances Channel Support with Program Updates

LastPass, which offers identity and password management, announced significant enhancements to its partner program that are designed to streamline the process for partners to sell and support its solutions. 

The updates simplify processes, provide more robust tools and deliver benefits to help MSPs, resellers, distributors, technology alliance partners and cloud marketplaces to achieve sustainable growth, unlock additional revenue and build stronger, longer-lasting customer relationships. 

Highlights include: 

  • An improved MSP admin experience with reporting capabilities to streamline invoices, support prorated billing and allow MSPs to generate executive summary reports that showcase product adoption, security scores and ROI. 
  • Centralized partner portal that serves as a one-stop hub for training, support, marketing resources, case management, benefit tracking and attainment. 
  • Optimized partner pillars with clear and enforceable benefits, standardized discounts at deal registration and seamless integration with the new partner portal. 

The program will be led by channel veteran – and VP of global channel and alliances – Jessica Couto.
