MachineMetrics today announced the formation of an industrial internet of things (IIoT) partner ecosystem.
The program is designed to drive collaboration and innovation around MachineMetrics’ unique industrial IoT platform to improve machine performance, enhance legacy manufacturing processes, and drive new revenue streams and business models related to machines.
The MachineMetrics IIoT Partner Ecysostem is powering a range of services and enabling complete end-to-end solutions and continuous value creation for both discrete manufacturing customers and participating partners, and includes a number of industry leaders like AWS, Hurco, Tsugami, SECO Tools, Saint Gobain, and McKinsey & Company.
The platform is extensible at multiple levels including at the edge, via API access to data in the cloud, and through their operator interface. This provides manufacturing customers and partners the opportunity to leverage their deep domain expertise to add their own unique IP to the platform and optimize the value created for their mutual data consumers. For example, machine tool builders and component providers are now able to provide advanced analytics, custom micro-services, custom work instructions, and preventative maintenance plans optimized for their customers all through MachineMetrics’ scalable, vertically integrated cloud platform.
As part of the program, partners can receive a wide range of training, support, and promotional marketing services to help grow their business and generate value for their shared discrete manufacturing customer base. MachineMetrics has empowered a wide range of consulting services, in addition to system integration, solution development, complementary hardware and software, and value-added reseller opportunities.
