Managed services provider Masergy has acquired advanced security services provider Global DataGuard, in a move that will significantly beef up its security portfolio.
The acquisition will broaden Masergy’s managed security portfolio, available via channel partners, with advanced persistent threat management and adaptive network behavioral analysis through technology that leverages machine learning and expert human intelligence.
