The Clarity Connect contact center has been tested and certified by Microsoft as fully compatible with Skype for Business Server 2015.
The platform, available via channel partners, has met the highest specifications of its certification program.
Clarity, a Microsoft gold partner, built Clarity Connect as a solution exclusively and natively for Skype for Business. It means that Clarity Connect adds functionality to Skype for Business without duplicating or complicating infrastructure or call control. Clarity Connect has been deployed in a variety of environments, with clients in finance, education, healthcare, retail and many other verticals.
