Momentum Telecom will showcase its new Microsoft Teams offering at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, March 9-12, 2020 at the Venetian & Sands Expo in Las Vegas.
Momentum’s cloud voice-integrated Microsoft Teams solution was added to its portfolio to give enterprise customers the ability to implement the leading unified communication and collaboration platform on the Momentum network, which offers superior voice quality, redundancy, and failover options.
Customers can pair Microsoft Teams with additional Momentum solutions, including enhanced call reporting, call recording, IVR and omni-channel contact center.
Momentum also recently launched its all-new Partner Hub, and attendees can get a first-look at the online portal at booth 350. Partner Hub is a self-service platform that connects Momentum partners to commissions and implementation reporting, and an extensive library of marketing assets including email templates, product sheets and brochures that can be co-branded with partner logos.
