Ness Digital Engineering, a global full-lifecycle digital services transformation company, acquired Raja Software Labs (RSL), which develops and enhances high-volume mobile and web applications for technology customers.
The transaction is expected to strengthen Ness data and product engineering, particularly in the technology, media and telecom sector, creating competitive advantages while improving efficiencies.
It will also strengthen Ness’ foundation for intelligent engineering services that blend data, processes and AI to drive next-gen product engineering, adding specialized expertise in mobile app development.
