NEXTCEL, a provider of enterprise-grade push-to-talk (PTT) communications, announced it has rebranded as TalkForce to better reflect the company’s mission.
“TalkForce was built for organizations that demand more than consumer-grade alternatives can deliver—dedicated server infrastructure for every customer, redundant data centers, and AI-powered features that provide the reliability and visibility mature enterprises require,” the company said.
The company’s platform, coverage, reliability and partner support remain the same, while the name change signals a stronger brand and “even more momentum behind what we’re building next,” officials said.
New releases and partner initiatives are expected to be announced soon.
Updated brand assets, including logos, naming and messaging, are reflected on https://talkforceptt.com.
Based in Prescott, Ariz., the company’s history includes pioneering VoIP and development of the first SD-WAN platform. Today, TalkForce combines its decades of telecommunications experience with modern AI capabilities including automatic emergency detection, real-time transcription and full transmission recording for compliance, the company said.
