The agreement allows TCG agents to sell the entire nexVortex portfolio including SIP Trunking, Managed SIP Trunking (mSIP), Managed Hosted Voice (mHV), and Hosted Contact Center services. nexVortex services have been in commercial deployment for over 12 years, making the company one of the most experienced providers in the market. Their focus on delivering voice quality is manifested in a customer retention rate of 99 percent.
