Nitel has announced a partnership with Nextiva that will provide agents and customers with a comprehensive solution for their network and unified communication (UC) needs. Nextiva’s leadership in the UC space complements Nitel’s existing position as a trusted provider for secure, high-performance wide area networks.
The two companies will look to marry network services like Nitel’s SD-WAN and managed security services with Nextiva’s platform for hosted voice, service CRM, live chat and online survey software solutions. Together, the companies will be able to deliver a broader set of technology solutions for customers looking to simplify their technology environments.
