This collaboration, which features integration with Nokia’s core enterprise solutions, is expected to bolster Nokia’s secure, scalable, private wireless connectivity for essential services such as public safety, energy and railways that demand high performance, resilience and reliability.
Nokia will embed Leonardo’s flagship mission critical services platform, MC_linX broadband mission-critical services, into Nokia’s enterprise solutions portfolio. This combination will deliver a pre-integrated solution that accelerates deployment, reduces complexity and ensures operational readiness. It also enables faster emergency response to increase operational safety, improve service reliability and benefit essential services worldwide.

The MC_linX platform is compliant with 3GPP standards, and allows mission-critical PTT, video and data services over private and commercial LTE/5G networks, supporting real-time communication, enhanced situational awareness and fast, coordinated response. Nokia’s core enterprise solutions offer customized, low-footprint core modules that are optimized for mission-critical communications in public safety, utilities and railway operations.
