Nuspire Honored as ‘Best’

DETROIT – Metro Detroit based Nuspire Networks will be honored during the SecureWorld Detroit Expo, Oct. 3-4, at the Ford Motor Company Conference Center. Analyst firm Frost and Sullivan will present Nuspire with its “Best Practices Award – North American Entrepreneurial Company of the Year.”

Frost and Sullivan analyst Martha Gomez Vazquez will present the award during the noon, Oct. 4, keynote address.

The awards recognize companies in regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis and extensive secondary research to identify best practices in the industry.

“Nuspire uniquely stands out from the competition by focusing on its strengths as a pure play MSSP,” said Vazquez. “Nuspire’s flexibility allows it to capitalize on emerging opportunities and disrupters, provide lower prices, and deploy new technologies faster than its competitors.”

Saylor X. Frase, president & CEO of Nuspire, will accept the award. “The Entrepreneurial Company of the year award from Frost & Sullivan is a great validation of the work being done at Nuspire,” Frase said.

This award really pin-points those attributes and are a product of Nuspire’s exceedingly talented engineers and staff; with this fact in mind I will be accepting this award on behalf of the entire team at Nuspire.”

In other news, Nuspire added Volkswagen of America as a new client. Volkswagen is using Nuspire’s technical support center services based out of its Commerce, Mich., security operations center.

The Nuspire Volkswagen program manager, Ken Sherwood, is responsible for maintaining communications between the two companies and ensuring Nuspire’s team meets the highest level of customer service for Volkswagen.

“Volkswagen was looking for a vendor that could meet its unique needs. We accepted the challenge and the program has been a great success,” said Sherwood.
