Smith joins Ooma from threatSHIELD Security, a cyber security company, where she was the channel manager for managed security as a service. Prior to that, she was a senior channel sales manager for Office Depot, Southeast region.
A channel tech veteran, Smith is a forward-thinking sales professional who excels in building solid revenue streams through strong partner and customer relationships.
Gagnon spent the last five years growing the channel presence for Evolve IP. Before that, he helped build the M5 agent channel, and once acquired by Shoretel, Gagnon was an integral part of helping its VAR community move to the cloud.
A 30-year industry veteran, Gagnon brings to Ooma a strong focus on growing new channels and prides himself on the relationships he builds with partners and customers.
