OzHosting.com, a player in Australia’s cloud hosting market, and Bulletin, a provider of cloud-based mobile messaging software-as-a-service (SaaS), have announced a partnership to bring mobile messaging services to OzHosting.com’s business customers.
Built-in support for Parallels APS has enabled OzHosting.com to provide the Bulletin Messenger suite for integration into its cloud delivery systems, to automate business functions and back-end operations.
“Many service providers and hosting companies are unprepared to take advantage of the A2P messaging trend because they cannot yet provide their business customers with a feature-rich, easy-to-use, cross-platform messaging service,” added Bruce Herbert, President of Bulletin. “OzHosting.com can now roll out Bulletin’s SMS messaging and OTT services to their customers and begin generating revenue from the most profitable segments in the mobile industry.”
Application-to-mobile (A2P) messaging has seen rapid growth over the past five years as companies seek out new ways to communicate with their customers. “The growth in A2P messaging continues to defy expectations,” said ,” said Anthony Banek, CEO of OzHosting.com. “Our new partnership with Bulletin enables our business customers using Hosted Exchange to communicate instantly with their end-users via SMS via email or web browser.”
Added Pavel Ershov, vice president of service provider business at Parallels Asia Pacific, “Our partners are increasingly seeing the many advantages of our next-generation APS technology and its capabilities in bringing to market world-class services. As businesses look for more ways to personally engage with their customers, and with recent industry research indicating that the A2P SMS messaging market will grow to $60 billion by 2018, Parallels is delighted to be part of this innovation with OzHosting.com and Bulletin.”
