PCCW Global, an international telecommunications service provider, entered into an agreement with DIDWW to expand SIP (session initiation protocol) trunking services coverage into regions of Europe and Asia. The partnership will focus on combining PCCW’s Asia Pacific infrastructure with DIDWW advanced services and global coverage in Europe and “other parts of the world.”
A telecom operator, DIDWW provides two-way SIP trunking services worldwide, and offers solutions to promote IP migration and PSTN (public switched telephone network) replacement, as well as two-way VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services for enterprises and telcos.
Of the partnership, PCCW Global SVP, Mobility & Voice Product Management, Craig Price noted that, “PCCW Global and DIDWW are uniquely positioned to deliver SIP trunking services that will be supported by our local teams to meet the needs of multinational enterprises for their voice requirements.”
For its part, PCCW offers mobility, voice and data solutions to multinational customers, with a network spanning 3,000 cities and more than 160 countries, linking the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
