The advent of the Peerless Portal creates the ability for Peerless’ channel partners to provide direct service to their customers. As the latest addition to the Peerless services platform, the Peerless Portal drives greater efficiency and optimizes results for its agent channel community.
Over a year in development, the Peerless team has worked directly with its agents to develop the processes and products that allow the partners to maximize commissions while providing the highest quality of service to their customers. The Peerless Portal was created to easily provision SIP trunking channels, telephone numbers, local and domestic/international long distance and toll-free services from one advanced system.
All products and services can be provisioned directly by the agents or their end customers from their own customers’ premises. Regardless, the newly ordered services are added directly back to the respective agents’ accounts.
