This software specifically allows organizations to integrate Radiflow network direction and monitoring capabilities within existing environments and workflows. The joint effort should allow Radiflow to create better experiences and drive customer value with its unique solution, built on the Now Platform.
ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem and revamped partner program recognizes and rewards partners for their expertise and experience to drive opportunity, open new markets and assist joint customers in digital transformation efforts.
As a Registered Partner, the certified solution provides extended capabilities to represent discovered asset inventory and interconnections with ServiceNow OTM, using a dedicated Radiflow Service graph connector. Companies are already using ServiceNow for other parts of their production workflows in order to integrate up-to-date OT capabilities as available in the ServiceNow Store.
The Radiflow integration with ServiceNow bolsters feeds, allowing security practitioners to meet internal policy and compliance needs while reinforcing maintenance planning.
“This integration saves time and effort, provides accurate and comprehensive OT asset inventory and gains unified visibility across the organization’s IT and OT domains,” said Ilan Barda, co-counder and CEO, Radiflow. “It leverages the ServiceNow OTM Data Model feed automatically from Radiflow’s threat modeling and threat detection system with detailed OT asset inventory and device connection details.”
“Partnerships succeed best when we lean into our unique skills and expertise and have a clear view into the problem we’re trying to solve,” said Erica Volini, SVP of Global Partnerships, ServiceNow. “Radiflow’s integration with ServiceNow will help our customers provide the seamless experiences that their customers expect today. I am thrilled to see the continued innovation we will achieve together to help organizations succeed in the era of digital business.”
