RapidScale has welcomed Duncan MacDonald to its team as director of product development.
MacDonald is based in Oklahoma City. Moving forward, he will be responsible for RapidScale’s new product development and life cycle management.

Duncan joins RapidScale with over 20 years of IT services experience, most recently as senior product manager for Navisite. As a product manager, MacDonald was responsible for end-user cloud computing, and managing numerous vendor relationships including Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Mimecast and Proofpoint. Prior to that, he was a programmer for various large organizations including L3 Communications and Hertz Corporation.
“Duncan brings with him a wealth of cloud-centric product experience,” stated RapidScale SVP, Technology Duane Barnes. “He has illustrated a broad experience across the product life cycle, with strengths in pricing, branding, industry awareness, sales enablement, packaging and more. We are excited and look forward to his positive influence on the partner and client experience.”
MacDonald is an AIPMM certified product manager. He moved to the U.S. in 2001, where he resides in Oklahoma City with his wife and six-year-old daughter.
