Reinvent Expands Accession Meeting Options

Reinvent has expanded the options available for its Accession Meeting collaboration tools, available via its reseller partners.

Launched in April 2017, Reinvent’s Accession Meeting service provides web-based audio and video conferencing as well as web collaboration features such as screen-sharing, whiteboard annotations and presentation capabilities fully integrated with Reinvent’s unified communications platform, Accession UC from Metaswitch.

Reinvent originally launched Accession Meeting to serve organizations with up to 50 users, but it is now available for smaller applications with up to four users. The company also has added a standalone option that comes without the Accession UC desktop or mobile service.

“Adding these two options covers the lion’s share of the small and medium business (SMB) market that our partners serve,” said Ray Napoletano, director of sales for Reinvent. “Not only can our partners now provide enterprise-class collaboration tools to their small business cloud UC customers, they also can offer service to companies who are not yet ready to move to a cloud phone system. Instead, partners can ask prospects how they are managing their meetings. That’s a very different conversation.”

Accession Meeting is accessible via a desktop or mobile client downloaded to off-the-shelf devices.  (For both integrated options, the same clients also access Accession UC.)

Accession Meeting is automatically available to all Reinvent partners and includes:

  • Video conferencing
  • Document sharing
  • Ad hoc and scheduled meetings
  • Desktop remote control
  • Outlook integration
  • Host controls, such as mute/unmute panelists, recording and more
  • Questions-and-answers dialog box with live or text answers
  • Registration and post-webinar reporting

Accession Meeting also includes unlimited audio at no charge.
