Relayware, a partner relationship management (PRM) software provider that accelerates channel revenue growth, has announced that Roi Amir has joined as CTO.
Amir will help lead and manage the R&D team while implementing strategic product management activities. He will develop the strategy around configurability, scalability of Relayware’s multi-tenant application, the development of its API library and will bring the technical skills needed to add new analytics capabilities to its product line.
Prior to Relayware, Amir served as the director of R&D at NICE Systems, where he established and managed the company’s big data R&D group, responsible for the product’s next generation platform and architecture. He also oversaw all engineering aspects in NICE System’s acquisition of the customer experience management software Causata, leading the product and technology, building an integration plan and managing its execution. Prior to NICE Systems, Amir led the R&D infrastructure team at Algotec, where he led the development, design and planning of cross-R&D projects.
