Connectivity technology company Resolute CS purchased NEXUS, a proprietary connectivity software platform and data repository. This strategic move follows the company’s recent acquisition of iceblue and its GRID platform, and reinforces Resolute CS’ commitment to transforming how the industry designs, prices and procures global connectivity by leveraging intelligence and automation with a customer-centric approach.
Developed with tens of millions of dollars of investment across eight years, NEXUS will rebrand as Resolute NEXUS, purpose-built to simplify and optimize connectivity procurement. The Resolute NEXUS platform delivers:
- Design and pricing via AI-powered automation that delivers global connectivity design, pricing and ordering in under 50 seconds.
- Market insight, with monthly benchmarking of over 45,000 commercial locations.
- Open supplier ecosystem that features transparent access to 3,000+ carriers across 50 million edge locations in 160+ countries.
The combined capabilities of Resolute NEXUS and iceblue’s GRID offer a fully automated, AI-driven solution for managing the entire connectivity lifecycle. Together, these platforms tackle industry inefficiencies related to margin stacking, pricing transparency and disjointed procurement workflows.
“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our mission to simplify the global connectivity market,” said Patrick Shutt, co-founder and CEO of Resolute CS. “Resolute NEXUS is more than a platform—it’s a transformative asset that enables us to deliver extraordinary transparency and value to the industry. We are creating an open ecosystem that eliminates inefficiencies, removes margin stacking and redefines how the industry buys connectivity. This is the future of our industry—a future powered by data-driven intelligence and automation.”
The transaction allows Resolute CS to integrate RPA and advanced AI analytics into the connectivity procurement process. By applying AI to millions of pricing data points generated through Resolute NEXUS and iceblue’s The GRID, the company can deliver market insight to help customers navigate fragmented markets with ease and transparency.
