Rev.io Strengthens Cyber Protect Suite

Rev.io has announced expanded capabilities for Rev.io Cyber Protect, powered by Acronis, as part of its Apollo 3 product release.

The update strengthens Rev.io’s Cyber Protect suite by adding new alert and ticketing automation between Acronis and Rev.io PSA, helping MSPs manage cloud security services more efficiently from a single operational platform.

Rev.io Cyber Protect gives MSPs a simpler way to deliver and scale cloud security services by combining backup, RMM and endpoint protection with flexible month-to-month pricing and integrated service management inside Rev.io. Instead of juggling disconnected security, support, and billing systems, providers can manage services through a more unified operational workflow as customer needs evolve.

With the Apollo 3 release, Rev.io expands its Acronis integration to connect security alerts directly into PSA workflows. Alerts generated in Acronis can now automatically create tickets in Rev.io PSA, giving technicians a centralized place to triage, assign, track, and resolve issues without manually recreating information between systems. The integration also supports closed-loop synchronization, helping ensure ticket and alert statuses remain aligned across both platforms automatically.

As part of this product release, Rev.io is also introducing Revii 2, an interactive operational workspace designed to help MSPs surface insights and take action in real time. Together with integrations like Acronis, Revii 2 helps connect operational, service, and billing data into a more actionable experience — reducing friction for teams managing cloud security services at scale.
