Salute, which offers integrated-lifecycle data center services, signed an agreement to purchase Keysource Group. Keysource is regarded as a trusted provider of sustainable data center solutions and strategic advisory services in the EMEA. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
Pending closure, Salute will expand its EMEA presence to a workforce of over 500 professionals, including 130 new Keysource employees, bolstering its ability to address demand for AI-driven infrastructure and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions, worldwide.
