Master agent Sandler Partners has hired Jenny Matkovich to lead their marketing and communications strategy.
Matkovich, who joins as marketing director, will oversee the execution of Sandler’s brand messaging, including partner and prospect education campaigns, digital marketing execution, event strategy, and media relations. Matkovich and her team will be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing strategies and tactics to drive measurable revenue growth for all of Sandler’s agent community.
In this newly created role, Matkovich will join Sandler’s leadership team and will report to COO Leon Richter. In addition to developing and implementing the brand strategy for Sandler Partners, she will be responsible for ramping up sales enablement capabilities and leading the marketing and communication initiatives aligned to Sandler’s technology suppliers within the telecom, cloud, IT, and business continuity spaces.
