Simplus has announced the appointment of Lance Evanson as chief strategy officer.
In his new position, he will be responsible for guiding the development of the company’s strategic priorities and implementing those strategies throughout the organization.
Evanson has served as EVP of strategy and business development with the company since 2014, where he oversaw the development and execution of strategy for all revenue generating activities, with an emphasis on crafting and managing partner programs. With a recent acquisition of an international Salesforce Platinum Partner and the successful closure of a $20 million funding round, Simplus is primed to expand its strategy under Evanson’s direction.
Evanson brings 10 years of experience in sales management, business development, and technology solutions consulting. As one of the company’s first employees, he progressed through many roles and wore many hats, including director of business development, general manager of SFDC practice, and most recently EVP of strategy and business development. During this ascension, Evanson led the establishment of a successful Salesforce practice and was instrumental in growing the company.
