SoftwareONE has acquired UC Point, which will become part of its unified communications business.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The buy means that SoftwareONE will extend and enhance its Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams integrated offerings. UC Point focuses on creating tailored customer solutions, through a proprietary UC Point remote monitoring system.

All of UC Point’s employees will join the SoftwareONE UC&C organization.
