netsapiens, Inc., a leading provider of Unified Communications (UC) technology for service providers and large enterprises, announces today a new partnership with Loup, a Google powered software-as-a-service solution that helps businesses integrate their UC platform with hundreds of CRMs and web based applications.
netsapiens’ SNAPsolution software platform produces a world class UC infrastructure for its service provider customers with features such as hosted PBX, SIP trunking and call center features. Through this new partnership, netsapiens’ customers will be able to offer Loup’s application to their clients–all fully branded as their own. Loup’s offer includes a Google Chrome extension, service provider portals, and portals for both customer administrators and end users. Customers will benefit from the integration of UC platforms with their applications, enabling click-to-dial, caller information screen pops and call analytics.
“We have many customers increasingly asking for more integration options to offer to their end users.” said Ken Adams, VP Marketing and Partnerships at netsapiens. “We are very impressed with the design of the Loup application and platform, which meets the demand of the market – to be able to integrate into many hard-to-reach applications at an affordable price. We’re also thrilled to have the ability to enable our customers to fully brand the application for their end users.”
“We’ve taken a different approach than other integration software providers. We do what we call a thin integration. This opens our extension up to exponentially more applications and enables the top features that customers are looking for,” said Mike Cromwell, Chief Executive Officer at Loup. “Our application was purpose built to be offered through platform providers and their customers because we know they want to control the brand, the customer experience and drive higher revenue and margins.”
netsapiens will be doing demos of the new integration software at the Channel Partner Evolution Conference on September 25 – 28, at Booth 1319. Current netsapiens customers will be able to access the Loup integration as soon as October 2017.
