Westcon-Comstor has teamed with Swoop Datacom Ltd., a provider of telephony-based Internet of Things (IoT) services and software development, to launch ForgeServe, a device provisioning and life cycle management solution.
ForgeServe, developed through Westcon-Comstor’s global supply chain solutions team and available through the company’s unified communications and collaboration solutions practice, gives solution providers an advanced tool kit to add provisioning and other management functions to their growing services portfolio. The solution delivers zero-touch device provisioning, estate management and device real time change control, reducing customers’ operating expenses while helping solution providers increase margins in competitive markets—on a global scale.
