Bicom Systems recently partnered with John Tinning, owner and director of Next Generation Associates.
Next Generation offers services relating to IT, communications and modern technology. He vowed to his customers that the company would offer quick and timely customer support.
John wanted to make the switch to a new reseller, but figured the process would be time consuming and expensive. He also feared the change of switching vendors and the unfamiliarity of moving to the cloud vs. hosting on premise.
John took a leap up faith, and partnered with Bicom Systems — and was shocked by how easy and smooth the transition was. One day of comprehensive, yet quick training and a weekend to familiarize himself with the system and John was ready to serve his customers.
