SuperOps, Guardz Bundle to Attack Fragmented MSP Stack

IT operations platform SuperOps and agentic security operations platform Guardz announced a bundled offering designed to help MSPs move beyond the fragmented software stacks that have defined the industry for decades.

The new offering, which the companies said builds the connected data foundations required for AI-native service delivery, pairs two AI-native platforms. SuperOps unifies PSA, RMM, MDM, ticketing, and automation into a single system for running service delivery and endpoint management. The Guardz Ultimate Plan brings identity, endpoints, email, and more into a connected data fabric, with agentic correlation for threat detection and response backed by 24/7 human-led MDR.

The cost of that fragmentation is measurable. Technicians spend up to 25% of their working day switching between systems. According to a 2025 study by Heimdal and FutureSafe, only 11% of North American MSPs report seamless tool integration. The average MSP operates on net margins of approximately 8%, while top-performing firms reach 18%, highlighting the operational impact that efficiency and integration can have on business performance.

“Together, the bundle gives MSPs the context, visibility, and control to both manage and protect their customers in one connected foundation, while preparing for the next generation of agentic workflows,” said the companies.

As AI adoption accelerates across every part of the business, MSPs are increasingly asked to help customers manage not just technology, but risk. AI readiness and cybersecurity readiness are becoming inseparable as organizations cannot safely deploy AI without strong security and governance, and AI cannot deliver meaningful value without access to connected, trustworthy operational data.

“The next generation of MSPs won’t be defined by how many tools they operate,” said Arvind Parthiban, CEO and cofounder of SuperOps. “They’ll be defined by how effectively they connect operations, security, automation, and AI into a single system.”

Agentic AI depends on context. When critical operational and security data lives across disconnected tools, MSPs limit the value AI can create for their teams and customers, Parthiban continued. “This partnership is about helping MSPs replace complexity with clarity and build a stronger foundation for the AI era.”

The partnership reflects a broader shift taking place across the MSP industry. As cybersecurity threats increase, compliance requirements expand, and AI transforms how services are delivered, MSPs are under pressure to rethink how they operate and scale. Yet many providers continue to rely on multiple disconnected tools and workflows.

“For years, IT operations and security were separate conversations. AI collapsed the line between them,” said Dor Eisner, CEO and cofounder of Guardz. “You can’t safely adopt AI on top of data and identities you can’t see or protect, and customers now expect their MSP to own that risk for them. When operations and security run on one foundation, MSPs get the visibility to protect every client and the credibility to guide them into AI. That’s the trust the whole relationship is built on.”

The bundle launches immediately and is available to MSPs globally.
