SYSPRO has launched a channel partner program in the U.S. The PartnerUP Program, the company says, represents SYSPRO’s commitment to working closely with a network of partners who share the same vision for simplifying success and providing an environment conducive to partners’ growth and profitability.
The U.S. launch of PartnerUP is part of SYSPRO’s global drive to grow the SYSPRO footprint through a qualitative and focused expansion across the manufacturing and distribution sectors. With the development of technology and innovation, SYSPRO’s global growth strategy is focused on expanding a network of valued channel partners who will deliver professional, efficient service to their customers.
“PartnerUP was launched to provide a structured foundation for partners, ensuring they are informed, efficient, and agile. SYSPRO partners are an extension of Team SYSPRO, and the program was strategically designed to give our partners the capabilities needed to expand their own businesses. It’s important that we work hand-in-hand with both existing and new partners as they join the program in order to set them up for ultimate success,” stated Joey Benadretti, president, SYSPRO USA. “PartnerUP quickly on-boards, educates, and equips our partners with the tools they need to effectively sell the SYSPRO product, and to service their own customer base. This allows for focus on core competencies, which translates to accelerated sales, and ultimately a better customer experience,” he continued.
Focused on partner enablement, PartnerUP has three key pivotal points: quality, growth, and reward. The program’s T-90 rapid on-boarding process quickly prepares existing SYSPRO partners and companies new to the team, supporting their efforts in becoming certified, building a pipeline, and getting immersed into the SYSPRO culture.
The main benefits of the PartnerUP Program include:
- Access to flexible software with the latest functionality and technology innovations;
- High-quality partner training opportunities and robust certification standards;
- Dedicated end-to-end partner training and support;
- Rich channel sales and marketing resources;
- Relentless focus on building long-term relationships; and
- Individualized partner management and joint strategic planning.
“SYSPRO’s PartnerUP Program was developed around strategic sales planning and enablement to help partners optimize sales cycles and sell more profitably,” said SYSPRO USA Chief Revenue Officer Kristin Valentyn. “PartnerUP recognizes and rewards SYSPRO partners for narrowing their focus to achieve sales success, enhancing skills, and quality. We are committed to working closely with our partners to help them expand their own customer base.”
“The SYSPRO PartnerUP Program and our Partner Account Manager have exceeded our expectations. Our Partner Account Manager is always available to help us with embracing this new program,” said Michael Jones, principal, Panacea Business Solutions and SYSPRO partner. “Within our first 90 days of implementing the program, we’ve closed our first sale, and we are already in implementation. We are excited about our future partnership with SYSPRO and the potential for many more opportunities with PartnerUP.”
The latest release of SYSPRO ERP Software, which has just launched, will deliver business solutions infusing two of the technology market’s hottest topics: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). This release provides a strong opportunity for SYSPRO partners to build their practice by deploying the latest technology into their specialized industry and solution offerings.
The SYSPRO ERP latest release brings industry-specific features and functionality to market, helping partners penetrate into specific vertical markets. The release also offers SYSPRO partners a competitive advantage by giving customers the ability to choose how they would like to deploy — selecting on-premise, private cloud, or both provides the same trusted customer experience.
“SYSPRO’s V8, with its AI and IoT capabilities, provides timely and leading capabilities to ERP customers who will transform their companies with smart connected products and processes,” stated Bill McBeath, chief research officer, ChainLink Research.
“Significantly, though, the use of these new capabilities is often new to the enterprise, but will ultimately be used by millions of users. SYSPRO’s PartnerUP Program, therefore, is taking the lead to prepare partners with the knowledge and skill sets required to ensure that they can lead the way forward to reach the tens of thousands of companies who will benefit from these new powerful capabilities,” added ChainLink Research CEO Ann Grackin.
